Most guests cannot remember the exact number of fish caught aboard Easy Adventures. Usually they are a variety. Grey (mangrove) snapper, lane snapper, mutton snapper, yellowtail, grouper, puffer, bonnet head shark, nurse shark, hog fish, etc. Fast and furious is the action we offer.
The most unusual fish ever caught was a guitar fish, a type of shark whose front half looks like a sting ray and the rear half looks like a shark.
The largest fish ever caught was an 8 foot nurse shark. It was brought to the gunnel to be photographed and then released by hack sawing thru the braided steel leader.
We joined Captain Anne today to enjoy morning fishing in the bay. The weather conditions were not favorable to fishing due to wind and rough waters. Despite the conditions, we caught may fish including yellow snapper, sand perch, and others. And then…a 5-6 foot nurse shark weighing about 100 pounds was brought in by Dad to end our trip with great excitement by all. The Russells 04/25/03
